Returns & Refunds

Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or wrong.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
