If something isn’t quite right, we offer fair and transparent return and refund options in line with EU consumer protection laws.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Policy)

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods - no reason required.
To start a return, please contact us first so we can provide the return address and instructions.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Certain items (e.g., hygiene products, personalized or limited-edition goods) cannot be returned for safety or customization reasons.

Please include proof of purchase (order number or receipt) inside your return package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Wrong product sent

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service; MistyGlows cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

 

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your payment provider, processing times may vary.

If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund once confirmed.
